Low Carb Asian Tuna Burgers
1 lb tuna fillets 1/2 cup Onion Flakes 1/4 cup chopped green onion 2 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce 1 teaspoon grated Crystallized Ginger 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Coarse Grind 1/4 cup bread crumbs 2 tablespoons Sesame Seed Buttery cooking spray Directions: 1. Prepare grill on medium heat 2. Using a good fish knife, chop tuna, very finely 3. Place tuna in a medium bowl and gently toss in onion, green onion, soy, ginger and pepper 4. Press 4 patties from the tuna mix 5. Spread out wax paper, and combine the bread crumbs and sesame seeds 6. Press tuna patties, one at a time, into the crumb mixture and turn over and do the same to the other side 7. Spray cook spray on both sides of the patties 8. Place patties on hot grill rack cooking until browned on the outside, turning and browning the opposite side 9. Cook for total of 6 minutes, 9 minutes if you like well done Serves: 4 Prep Time: 20 minutes |
