Tarragon Salmon
2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons dry sherry 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 1/2 teaspoons Tarragon Leaf 1/2 teaspoon Parsley 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt Juice of 1 lime 4 Salmon fillets Directions: 1. Whisk together the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Add salmon and marinate for 1-3 hours. 3. Place salmon on a broiler pan rack skin side down. Spoon marinade over fish. 4. Broil 4-6 inches from element for 5-6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves: 4 Prep Time: 5 minutes, without marinade time Cook Time: 6 minutes |
