Mushroom Pizza
Your choice of earthy mushrooms will determine the flavor in this recipe. A great vegetarian meal.
I am adding a link to a whole wheat pizza dough recipe that I make easily in the food processor. You can use whatever dough you prefer, just note that the nutritional information is based on the whole wheat pizza dough (thin crust version).

Ingredients:
- 1 12" pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound of assorted mushrooms of your liking, sliced, about 5 cups
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (jar or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Herb Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- On medium heat, saute mushrooms in olive oil until tender
- Spread pizza sauce onto pizza leaving a 1/2" edge around crust
- Spread mushrooms evenly over the pizza
- Sprinkle spices over mushrooms
- Sprinkle cheese over pizza
- Bake in oven about 10-13 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crispy
