(shoo-HAAS-koh) 2 tablespoons Sea Salt 2 teaspoons Coriander Seed Powder 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin 1 teaspoon Mexican Oregano 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon Spanish Paprika 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Coarse Grind Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a clean jar and shake to combine. Notes: Rub steaks with mixture and let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Yield: 1/2 cup, enough for 8 thick steaks. |
