Cajun Chicken Wings 4 pounds chicken wings, rinsed and patted dry 2 tablespoons Domestic Paprika 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon Mediterranean Oregano 1 tablespoon Thyme Leaf 1 tablespoon Onion Powder 1 tablespoon Sea Salt 1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper Medium Heat 1 teaspoon Ground White Pepper 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind 1/4 cup vegetable oil Directions: 1. Combine all of the ingredients except chicken and oil in a food processor or blender. 2. Process until well blended. 3. With machine on, slowly pour in the oil and process until a paste forms. 4. Toss the chicken wings with the spice paste in a large bowl until the wings are thoroughly coated. 5. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 6. Preheat grill or broiler to medium hot heat. 7. Arrange wings on a broiler pan 4” from heat or on a grill. 8. Cook turning once, until browned and cooked through, about 20 minutes. 9. Serve warm with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
