Low Sodium Pizza Sauce
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1 Teaspoon Mexican Oregano 1 Tablespoon Garlic Flakes 1 teaspoon Sweet Basil 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind 1/4 cup Onion Flakes 1 cup salt free tomato sauce 2 tablespoons salt free tomato paste Directions: 1. Saute garlic and onions in olive oil in sauce pan 2. Add the seasonings and cook for 5 minutes 3. Stir in the tomato paste and sauce 4. Simmer for 8 minutes You can refrigerate what you don’t use for a week or so Serves: 12 Prep Time: 20 Minutes |
