Low Sodium Beef Stew

2 pounds stew meat
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup
Onion Flakes
1 cup chopped carrots
5 russet potatoes cut into chunks
7 cups low sodium beef broth
1/2 teaspoon
Sea Salt
3/4 teaspoon
Ground Black Pepper Coarse Grind
1 8 ounce pack of mushrooms cut up
2 teaspoons
Thyme Leaf
1 1/2 teaspoons
Marjoram Leaf
1 teaspoon
Italian Seasoning Powder
1 Bay Leaf
1/4 cup low sodium tomato paste

Directions:
1.  In a large iron Dutch Oven, put the vegetable oil in and brown the stew meat, about 7 minutes on each side

2.  Add onion, thyme, broth, marjoram, bay leaf and cover and simmer for 1/12 to 2 hours
3.  Stir in mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, tomato paste and if you want thicker juice add a little cornstarch.
4.  Take the heat up until everything starts to boil
5.  Then turn heat on to low and cook for another 45 minutes.
6.  Remove bay leaf and serve
