Low Carb Spicy Skirt Steak
1 pound Skirt Steak, with diagonal cuts 1/4 Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup lime juice 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup oil 2 tablespoons Onion Powder 2 tablespoons Ground Cumin 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder Flour tortillas Pico de gallo Chopped green onions Picante Pepperjack Cheese Sour Cream Directions: 1. Combine, in a bowl, all the ingredients through garlic powder 2. Put meat in a large resealing bag 3. Pour the ingredients over the meat that is in the bag 4. Place in refrigerator for up to 24 hours, turning several times 5. Grill the meat on high to seal in the marinade then turn heat down and continuing heating for 20 minutes 6. Serve warm Serves: 6 Prep Time 30 minutes (except for 24 hour marinating) |
