Roasted Garlic Chicken
1 Roasting Chicken, butterflied 1/3 cup Garlic Flakes 1 tablespoon Rosemary Leaf 2 teaspoons Sea Salt 2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard Seed Powder 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup fresh orange juice Directions 1. Place chicken breast side up in baking pan and rub olive oil and mustard seed onto the chicken 2. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the salt and pepper 3. Flip chicken over so the breast in touching the bottom of the pan and rub with olive oil and mustard seed and sprinkle the rest of the salt and pepper. 4. Sprinkle garlic flakes and rosemary over the chicken. 5. Add orange juice 6. Cover with aluminum foil and cook 40-50 minutes at 375 with breast side down. 7. Turn chicken so breast is facing up and cook another 20 minutes or until golden brown. 8. After removing the chicken pour the sauce into a serving dish for a nice sauce for passing around. Serves: 4 Prep Time: 1 1/2 Hours |
