Low Carb Cobbler
1/4 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 1/4 cups Bisquick 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 sliced nectarine 1/2 teaspoon Korintje Cinnamon Powder Directions: 1. Heat grill 2. Mix in bowl Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar and milk for 30 seconds 3. Place a 9 inch round foil cake pan on grill and melt the butter in the pan with medium heat. 4. Pour mixture over the melted butter 5. Pour the nectarine and blueberries on top 6. Finish by sprinkling the 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon on top 7. Cover the grill and cook for 30 minutes 8. Check doneness with a toothpick and when it comes out clean it is done |
