Low Carb Cauliflower Soup

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon
Onion Flakes
1 teaspoon
Garlic Flakes
1 head cauliflower, break into florets
5 cups vegetable or chicken stock
1 cup water
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon
Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Ground White Pepper
1 teaspoon
Garam Masala

Directions:
1.  Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2.  Sauté onion and garlic flakes until soft a golden, about 5 minutes.

3.  Sauté the cauliflower florets, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
4.  Stir in broth, water, oats and seasonings and bring to a boil.
5.  Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
6.  Put the liquid in a blender in batches, until smooth.
7.  Return to poet and test for seasonings.

Serves:6
