Low Carb Black Bean Egg Casserole
Six Eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder 1/2 teaspoon Mediterranean Oregano 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning 1/2 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon Spanish Paprika 1 can drained black beans 1 can drained spinach Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. In a bowl, beat eggs and add milk. 3. Add cheese, black beans, spinach and spices 4. Place ingredients in a greased 9” x 13” pan 5. Bake for 40 minutes or when center is firm 6. Sprinkle top of casserole with cheese and bake another 7 minutes Serves: 8 Prep Time: 1 Hour |
