Our Ceylon (soft) Cinnamon Sticks are imported from Sri Lanka. Ceylon cinnamon is also called "true cinnamon". We also carry Cassia Cinnamon Sticks 2-3/4", Organic Cassia Cinnamon Sticks 2-3/4" and Cassia Cinnamon Sticks 10" for those that prefer a harder Cinnamon stick.

Ground cinnamon is paler in color while also being more convenient to use but it will also lose its potent flavor quicker than cinnamon sticks do. Cinnamon lover’s will buy their cinnamon in the stick form and use a handy spice grater to get the maximum flavor intensity. Cinnamon Sticks are a terrific compliment to hot drinks like cider, tea, coffee and cocoa.
We also carry Organic Korintje Cinnamon Powder, Korintje Cinnamon Powder and our top quality Organic Saigon Cinnamon Powder with a 5% cinnamon oil content for optimum flavor. Cinnamon combines well with other spices such as allspice, black pepper, cardamom, cloves, ginger and nutmeg. Our Cinnamon Sticks are sold by weight and you will get approximately six to seven 3” sticks per ounce.
