Spicy Okra 

3 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon
Asafetida Powder
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

1 pound okra
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup green beans cut into 1 inch pieces
1 tablespoon
Coriander Seed Powder
1/2 teaspoon
Cayenne Pepper Medium Heat
1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon
Sea Salt
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup chicken stock 

Directions:
1.  Heat oil in a large skillet on medium.

2.  Add asafetida and cumin and stir for one minute.
3.  Add okra, beans and peppers and stir for one minute.
4.  Reduce heat and cover for 3-4 minutes.
5.  Add coriander, cayenne and turmeric. Stir and cover for 3 more minutes.
6.  Add salt and flour, stir well.
7.  Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and cover for 2 minutes.
8.  Serve over rice.

Serves: 4-6
