2 cups apple cider vinegar 24 oz dark beer 4 tablespoons Achiote Paste (see recipe) 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind 3 tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard Seed Powder 1/4 cup Chili Powder Mild 1 tablespoon Mediterranean Oregano 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin 2 tablespoons Sea Salt 3 tablespoons Tabasco sauce Directions: 1. Mix all ingredients in a nonreactive bowl and use as a marinade or mop. |
