Spiced Fruit Syrup
3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup dry white wine 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons Rosemary Leaf, chopped 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped 2 teaspoons Grains of Paradise, slightly crushed Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot. 2. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and cool. 4. Strain syrup and serve over fresh fruit. |
