Sautéed Flounder
1 1/2 lbs flounder fillet 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 cup white wine 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon Organic Dill Weed 1/4 cup parsley, chopped 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges Directions: 1. Combine white wine thrrough dill weed in a small bowl, set aside. 2. Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat. 3. Add white wine mixture to skillet and stir to combine. 4. Add fish to skillet and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. 5. Remove from heat and transfer to a warm platter. 6. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon wedges. Serves: 6 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes |
