Grilled Whitefish with Dill Tartar Sauce
1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise 1 tablespoon capers, drained 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish 1 teaspoon Organic Dill Weed 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 teaspoon lemon juice 4 fish fillets, haddock or orange roughy Directions: 1. Combine mayonnaise through dill weed in a small bowl, set aside in refrigerator. 2. Prepare grill (medium heat). 3. Combine butter and lemon juice and stir well. 4. Place fish on grill and brush with butter mixture. 5. Grill 5 inches from heat for 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once and basting with butter mixture occasionally. 6. Serve with tartar sauce. Serves: 4 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes |
