Grilled Dilled Salmon 

1 lb of salmon filets or steaks
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Organic Dill Weed
(or 3 tablespoon chopped fresh dill)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

Fresh ground Malabar Black Peppercorns


Directions:
1.  In a small bowl, combine lemon juice thru pepper and stir well.

2.  Place salmon in a 9x13 baking dish and pour seasoning mixture over meat, turning to coat.
3.  Cover and chill 2-4 hours.
4.  When salmon is ready to cook, oil rack and heat grill.
5.  Place meat on grill and cook 4-6 inches from medium coals for 10-15 minutes.
6.  Turn once, salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.

7.  You can also put salmon on a broiler pan and broil 4-6 inches from heat, for 10-15 minutes turning once, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
