Sweet Hot Mustard
1 clove garlic, minced 1 medium onion, chopped 1 cup dry white wine 1/2 cup Yellow Mustard Seed Powder 2 teaspoon olive oil 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon Sea Salt 2 or 3 drops of Tabasco sauce Directions: 1. Combine garlic, onion and wine in a saucepan and bring to a boil, simmering 5 minutes. 2. Remove from heat and cool. 3. Process mixture in a food processor until smooth. 4. Add mustard, oil, honey, salt and Tabasco sauce to onion mixture and return to pan. 5. Cook over low heat until smooth and thick. |
