Irish Soda Bread

2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

1-2 teaspoons Caraway Seed

1/2 cup raisins
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
Butter and flour for pan

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.

2. Rub 5x9 inch loaf pan or 8 inches round pan with butter an dust with flour.
3. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large wooden bowl.
4. Stir in seeds and raisins.
5. Combine eggs and milk and beat lightly.
6. Gradually add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until mixture forms a sticky dough.
7. Turn the dough into the pan and sprinkle a little flour on the top.
8. Bake for 1 hour for a loaf pan or 50 minutes for an 8-inch pan.
9. Turn bread out of pan onto a wire rack to cool.
