Garlic Mashed Potatoes
3 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes 3 tablespoons butter 1 cup buttermilk Or 1/2 cup cream + 1/2 cup milk 2 cloves garlic or 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder 1/4 teaspoon Ground White Pepper 1 teaspoon Sea Salt 2 tablespoon Imitation Bacon 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Directions: 1. Peel and dice potatoes. 2. Add potatoes to large pot of boiling water and simmer until potatoes fall apart when poked with a fork. 3. Drain potatoes and place in large mixing bowl. 4. Add butter, buttermilk, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper and mash until potatoes are fluffy. 5. Scoop potatoes in to a baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese and Imitation Bacon . 6. Bake in a 325° oven for 15-20 minutes. |
