Cinnamon Marinade 

1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon Ginger Powder
2 teaspoons Korintje Cinnamon Powder
3 tablespoons Hungarian Paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Coarse Grind
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
1/4 cup white wine
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:
1.  Combine all ingredients and whisk to mix.

Note:This marinade can be used on chicken, game hens and swordfish.
