Spicy Garlic Oil
3 cups olive oil 1 cup sesame oil 6 gloves garlic, quartered 2 tablespoons Chipotle Powder 4 tablespoons Rosemary Leaf, crushed Directions: 1. Add oils to a small sauce pan over low heat. 2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Cook until garlic has stopped fizzing. Do not overheat oil. 4. Filter oil through a coffee filter while still warm. 5. Pour ingredients into a clean sterilized bottle and add a sprig of dried rosemary for extra flavor. 6. Can be used right away, but it will get better after a few weeks. |
