Cumin Seasoned Grilled Zucchini

1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
6 tablespoons olive oil
4 medium zucchini
Sea Salt

Cracked Black Pepper


Directions:
1. Slice zucchini in half and score surface of the flesh.

2. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Sprinkle with cumin.
4. Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until desired tenderness. Serve warm or chilled.

Prep time: 20 min. Serves 6-8
