Herb Roasted Potatoes 3/4 Cup breadcrumbs 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 Teaspoon dried Parsley 1/2 Teaspoon dried Mediterranean Oregano 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Coarse Grind 1/8 Teaspoon Domestic Paprika 1 garlic clove, minced or 1/4 teaspoon of Granulated Garlic 1 Tablespoon olive oil 24 small red potatoes Directions: 1. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. 2. Toss potatoes with oil until coated. 3. Add potatoes to breadcrumb mixture and toss. 4. Place potatoes in a 13 x 9 inch coated with cooking spray. 5. Bake at 400° for 45 to 50 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally.
