Chinese Pork with Hot Mustard
 
2 pork tenderloins (about 3/4 pounds each)
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoon dry red wine
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon Korintje Cinnamon Powder

Hot Chinese Mustard Sauce
(see recipe)

Directions:
1.  Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, honey and cinnamon in a large bowl or zip lock bag. Add pork and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
2.  Drain and discard marinade.
3.  Grill pork over indirect medium heat for 25-40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160°. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
4.  Serve sliced pork with Chinese Hot Mustard sauce.

Serves: 6

Marinade time 8+ hours, Cook Time 30 minutes.
