We are very pleased to introduce our first exclusive burger seasoning and the fourth seasoning from Tim McMaster the owner of the Competition BBQ Team Porter Mac's Rockin' BBQ. In addition to Tim's ongoing passion of competing in various BBQ events, he also has a rapidly growing BBQ catering business where he is able to experiment and refine his various BBQ blends.
We've used this seasoning in a couple of ways - we sprinkled it on the burgers about an hour before grilling (like we would with many spice rubs); we also added it into our mix while making the burgers; and we've added it during the cooking process. So experiment that's half the fun of cooking burgers any way.
This burger seasoning has a delightful and full taste that you may not be quite familiar with and that is from the ingredient Grains of Paradise. This spice is more popular in Middle Eastern, North and West African cuisines but it has become increasingly popular in this country when used in various rubs for chicken, fish and steak.
Hand blended from brown sugar, Spanish paprika, sea salt, grains of paradise, Mexican oregano, marjoram, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary and yellow mustard powder.
