Flaming Bananas

1 Himalayan Salt Plate and 2 small salt discs
Unsalted butter
2 bananas
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
A good slug of Grand Marnier
Kitchen long match
Vanilla ice cream

Directions:
1.  Place the smaller salt blocks in the freezer a 2 or more hours
2.  Heat larger salt block gradually on the stovetop, starting on low and cranking up the flame a notch every 10 minutes until it is on high heat for a total of 30-35 minutes
3.  When the stone is ready, slice the bananas and have all your other ingredients ready
4.  Place a pat of unsalted butter in the middle of the salt block and then add the bananas, tossing a bit with a spatula
5.  Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top
6.  Shut off the heat  then douse with the alcohol and carefully ignite with match
7.  Divide the bananas between 2 serving plates
8.  Set a frozen salt disc on each plate next to the bananas and add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream
9.  Serve immediately
