BBQ Chicken
2 6-7 ounce boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon Chili Powder Mild 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder 1/4 tablespoon Onion Powder 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin Cracked Black Pepper to taste Directions: 1. Mix all of the spices together with the olive oil in a bowl and then coat the chicken breast with the spice mix 2. Preheat oven to 400˚F 3. Place your Himalayan Salt Plate on a sheet tray (this will keep the juices from dripping in the oven) and place it in the oven while it is preheating 4. Once the Himalayan Salt plate is ready, place the chicken directly on the plate and cook on each side for 7-8 minutes 5. Once the chicken is cooked allow it to rest for 5 minutes 6. If you like you can add your favorite BBQ sauce |
