Grilled Shrimp Remoulade

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Creole Seasoning
to taste
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin

2 teaspoons Domestic Paprika

1 teaspoon Coriander Seed Powder

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind

1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions:
1.  To prepare sauce mix mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, mustard, hot sauce and Creole seasoning in a small bowl and cover and refrigerate
2.  Preheat grill to high
3.  Combine cumin, paprika, coriander, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl
4.  Add shrimp and stir gently to coat with spices
5.  Thread the shrimp onto four 12-inch skewers
6.  Oil the grill rack and grill the shrimp until just cooked through, about 3-4 minutes each side
7.  Remove the shrimp from the skewers and serve immediately with the Remoulade sauce
