Diabetic Peach Smoothie
1/2 cup skim milk 1 15 oz can peach slices in juice, drained or 1 cup sliced fresh peaches 1/4 cup nonfat, artificially sweetened peach yogurt Artificial sweetener 1 cup ice cubes Directions: 1. Place milk, peaches, and yogurt in the blender and pulse on high until smooth 2. Add artificial sweetener to taste and blend again 3.
