Diabetic Buffalo Chicken Chunks

Cooking spray
1 pound cooked chicken breasts, cut into bite-size chunks
1/2 cup red hot sauce
3 tablespoons melted, reduced-calorie margarine
2 teaspoons dried Parsley

1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Celery sticks
Reduced-fat blue cheese salad dressing

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350° F
2.  Coat a baking dish with cooking spray, and place chicken bites in the baking dish
3.  Add red hot sauce, margarine, parsley and garlic powder in a bowl and blend
4.  Pour over chicken
5.  Bake for 18-20 minutes
6.  Place chunks on a serving tray
7.  Serve with celery sticks and salad dressing
