Blueberry and Strawberry Crisp
2 cups blueberries 2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered 1/2 cup uncooked old fashioned oats 4 teaspoon sugar, divided 4 teaspoon unpacked brown sugar 2 tablespoon light butter, melted 1/2 cup light Cool Whip Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375° F 2. In a small bowl, toss blueberries with 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar 3. Set aside 4. In a second small bowl, toss strawberries with remaining 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar 5. Set aside 6. In a third small bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar and butter 7. Spread oatmeal mix in a single layer on a sheet pan 8. Bake, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 15 minutes making sure not to overcook 9. Prepare blueberries and strawberries in individual serving bowls 10. Sprinkle with oat topping, decorate with whipped topping and serve.
