Spiced Hot Chocolate
8 cups 2% milk 7 whole Organic Cloves 2 Cassia Cinnamon Sticks 10", broken into small pieces 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Medium Heat 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoons Orange Zest 8 ounces dark chocolate Directions: 1. Combine milk, cloves, cinnamon, cayenne, sugar and orange zest in a large saucepan 2. Bring mixture to a gentle simmer do not boil 3. Stir occasionally and keep over low heat for 15 minutes to allow spices to blend 4. Chop chocolate and transfer to a heat-proof bowl 5.
