1 lb pork tenderloin thinly sliced 2 to 3 tablespoons Fajita Seasoning 1/2 sliced onion 1/2 green pepper, sliced 4 to 6 warmed flour tortillas Jar of salsa Directions: 1. Toss pork pieces with fajita seasoning in a shallow bowl 2. In large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry pork pieces with onion and green pepper until all is just tender 3.
