Tart and Spicy Green Beans
1 1/2 pounds green beans cut into 1-inch pieces 12 medium radishes cut into fourths 3 parsley sprigs 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon Sea Salt 1/2 teaspoon Organic Yellow Mustard Seed 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Medium Heat 1 tablespoon lime juice Directions: 1. Heat 1 inch water to boiling in 3-quart saucepan 2. Add green beans 3. Boil uncovered 7 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender 4. Drain 5. Rinse in cold water until chilled 6. Drain 7. Place radishes and parsley in blender 8. Cover and blend on high 20 seconds until finely chopped stopping blender frequently to scrape sides 9. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 10. Cook radish mixture, salt, mustard seed and cayenne in butter about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot 11.
